摘要
文章通过对四川省中医药立法变迁过程的回顾,剖析了不同阶段四川省中医药立法的不同特点。在探讨不同时期中医药立法内容和缺憾的基础上,阐释了四川省中医药立法的沿革与发展,针对当前中医药立法的形势与动态提出了立法预测与展望。
Through the study on legislative history of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sichuan province,the article discussed the difference and achievement at different periods in Sichuan province.On the basis of the legislative history,this paper discussed the evolution of Traditional Chinese Medicine legislation in Sichuan province.Standing on current situation,anticipation and foresight of the legislation have been given.
