摘要
产科护理人员处于一个特殊的工作环境,从事着特殊的护理工作。本文针对产科护理人员常见的心理疲劳原因提出针对性的预防及管理措施,改善产科护理人员的心理状态。
The obstetric nursing staff worked in a special working environment, and were engaged in the special nursing work. This article put forward corresponding prevention and management measures addressing common causes of psychological fatigue in obstetric nursing staff, so as to improve psychological status of them.
