摘要
目的分析深圳市福田区免费孕前优生健康检查妇女TORCH结果,探讨孕前TORCH检查对优生优育的重要价值。旨在有效降低出生缺陷发生率,提高孕育质量。方法对2013-2016年参加孕前优生健康检查妇女采血检测TORCH项目,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行实验室规范化检测。结果筛查出风疹病毒Ig G抗体阳性率为86.47%,巨细胞病毒Ig M抗体和Ig G抗体阳性率分别为0.15%和97.12%,弓形虫Ig M抗体和Ig G抗体阳性率分别为0.27%和2.49%。结论 TORCH检查对优生优育具有重要意义,建议育龄妇女孕前应进行TORCH筛查,避免由TORCH感染导致出生缺陷婴儿的发生,提高出生人口素质。
Objective：In Futian District of Shenzhen City,prenatal health examination women torch results analysis of pre pregnancy examination of the torch on aristogenesis important value. The aim is to reduce the incidence of birth defects effectively and improve the quality of birth. Methods：For women who participate the blood detection of torch project 2013-2015,adopting enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）for the detection of laboratory standardization. Results：the positive rate of rubella virus Ig G antibody was 86.47%,the positive rate of cytomegalovirus Ig M antibody and Ig G antibody was 0.15% and 97.12% respectively,and the positive rate of Ig M antibody and Ig G antibody was 0.27% and 2.49% respectively. Conclusion：Examination of the torch on aristogenesis plays important significance. Suggested that pregnant women should be screened for TORCH,to avoid the occurrence of birth defects in infants infected by TORCH,then improve the quality of birth population.
