摘要
目的探讨针灸联合中药治疗脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛的临床疗效。方法 66例脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组33例。对照组单用中药补阳还五汤治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前上肢肌张力、下肢肌张力及日常生活活动能力评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的上肢肌张力、下肢肌张力以及日常生活活动能力评分均较治疗前显著改善,且治疗组(1.21±0.63)、(0.81±0.46)、(47.69±14.78)分显著优于对照组(1.85±0.82)、(1.36±0.66)、(39.88±12.98)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛患者应用针灸联合中药治疗能够获得良好疗效,可显著改善患者肌张力与日常生活活动能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplemic spastic. Methods A total of 66 post-stroke hemiplemic spastic patients as study subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction for treatment, and the treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment on the basis of the control guoup. Clinical curative effect was compared in two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in upper limb muscle tension, lower limb muscle tension and daily life activities ability score before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better upper limb muscle tension, lower limb muscle tension and daily life activities ability score than before treatment, and the treatment group had better points as（1.21±0.63）,（0.81±0.46）,（47.69±14.78） points than（1.85±0.82）,（1.36±0.66）,（39.88±12.98） points in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine shows excellent curative effect in post-stroke hemiplemic spastic patients, and it can remarkably improve muscle tension and daily life activities ability of patients. So it is worth promotion.
