摘要
开发出一种基于机器视觉的自动灌装系统。通过工业相机对灌装区域进行图像采集,然后利用机器视觉算法对采集的图像进行处理和分析,识别出灌装区域所有的灌装桶并获取其桶口位置信息。这些信息用于控制机械手将安装在其末端的灌装头移动到桶口位置,实现灌装作业。利用机器视觉系统识别桶口,能适应不同数量无规则摆放的灌装容器,解决了人工寻口的弊端,实现了灌装的自动化、智能化,大大提高了生产效率。
An automatic filling system based on machine vision is developed. An image of filling area is grabbed by the industry camera, followed by the image is processed and analyzed by the machine vision algorithm to recognize all the barrels within the filling area and acquire the positions of the holes. The filling operation is done by using these positions information for controlling the manipulator to move the filling nozzle installed on its terminal to the holes of barrels. The way the holes recognized could satisfy the condition of a variable number and messy placed filling barrels, which removes the disadvantages of manual operation, makes the filling more automatic and intelligent, and the production efficiency is improved.
