摘要
为满足国家电网公司坚强智能电网和"三集五大"信息通信支撑体系建设要求,市县供电公司应打破管理和技术壁垒,积极推进市县一体化专业管理。济南供电公司以做强做实网控室为载体,抓好专业管理体系和监控运维体系建设,强化制度规范、业务管理、队伍建设和技术创新"四大保障措施",探索信息通信市县一体化管理模式,明确市公司为县公司专业管理主体,县公司为工作执行主体,将省市公司规范标准贯穿到县公司业务环节中,提升信通专业支撑能力和服务水平。重点介绍了济南供电公司打造信息通信市县一体化管理模式的主要做法和实践成果。
Power supply companies in cities and counties shall break management and technical barriers and actively promote integrative and professional management of cities and counties in order to meet the requirements of Strong Smart Grid of State Grid Corporation of China and ＂Three Intensifications and Five Systems ＂information communication support system construction.In this article ,Jinan Power Supply Company takes strong grid control room as the carrier.The company pays special attention to the professional management system and monitors operating and maintaining system construction,enhances ＂four guarantee measures＇including system specification,business management,team construction and technological innovation,explores information communication integrative management mode in cities and counties and defines municipal company is professional management body of county company and county company is work execution body and implements normative standard of the province and the city throughout business link of county company so as to improve professional support ability and service level of information communication.In this article ,main methods and practical achievements for building information communication integrative management mode in cities and counties by Jinan Power Supply Company are emphatically introduced.
