摘要
肺痨与虚劳为两种不同疾病。现代中医认为肺痨是一种独立的慢性传染性疾病,而虚劳是多种慢性虚弱证候的总称。古人对两者的认识不一,初学者很容易将两者混淆。从病名、病因、治则治法三方面对肺痨与虚劳加以浅要鉴别,以期理清两疾病之间的关系,方便初学者学习。
Tuberculosis and Consumptive Disease are two different diseases. Modern TCM believes that tuberculosis is a kind of in dependent chronic infectious disease, and consumptive disease is a variety of chronic weakness the floorboard of the symptoms. They are often blended together in ancient times, leading to the learner is easy to confuse them. Therefore, this paper try to distinguish them by comparing their name, etiology and rules of treatment to help the learner understand them better.
