摘要
目前农民的劳动能力与其自身的身体状况呈正相关,而身体状况是随着年龄的变化而变化的,这显然不同于城镇职工(一般工龄越长,工资越高)。然而在"新农保"的制度中只是提到了缴费档次会随着农民人均纯收入增长率的变化而调整,以往的文献一般也只考虑了这一个因素,基于此,文章站在农民自身的角度,将年龄因素考虑进去,分别建立了个人缴费以及政府补助与年龄的函数关系式,并将其带入平衡等式建立模型,得到测算结果。
The labor capacity of the agricultural workers in China today is positively correlated with their physical condition, which changes with age. This is obviously different from those urban workers （whose income increases with their ages）.While the ＂new rural old-age insurance＂ policy only refers to the adjustment that the fees level increases with their per capita net income, and the previous policies also only take this one factor into consideration. On this account, the paper from the farmers＇ point of view and in consideration of the age factor, establishes a functional relation about their personal contributions and government sub- sidies. This functional relation is finally applied to the balance equation for modeling to get calculation results.
