摘要
创业能力是一个多元的智能结构体,文章通过对200家企业154份有效样本进行探索性分析,获得大学生创业能力结构六维理论模型,即创业领导者能力、创新创业技能、创业者人格特质、职业通用技能、职业基本素养、创业团队必备能力,这六个维度由32项要素构成。该理论模型不仅丰富了创业能力的理论研究,还为后续的大学创业能力测量工具的开发提供理论依据。
Entrepreneurial ability is a multidimensional intelligence structure. Based on the analysis of 200 enterprises and 154 effective samples, the study has concluded that there are the theoretical models of six dimensions in the entrepreneurial ability structure of university students： leadership, innovation and entrepreneur personality traits, professional universal skills, basic entrepreneurial quality and teamwork ability. The six dimensions consist of thirty - two factors. The theoretical model not only enriches the theoretical research of entrepreneurial ability, but also provides the theoretical basis of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability for the future development of the measurement tool.
