摘要
研究生招生组织运行模式关系到研招功能的发挥,直接影响国家和高校高层次人才的选拔。国家提出推进现代大学制度建设,涉及大学内部治理结构和治理体系的完善与革新。有鉴于此,在分析强调"管理"这一研招组织运行模式局限性的基础上,探讨了研招组织模式创新变革的强烈诉求,期望达到注重"治理"的研招组织运行模式之新境界,以完成研招工作从基于事务管理向基于学术服务的蜕变,促进研究生教育效益最大化和质量最优化。
Running mode of graduate admissions enrolhnent organization has been related to implementation of admission enroll- ment＇ s function and has an influence on enrollment of national and university high - leveled talents directly. The construction of mod- ern university system has been put forward, which could be involved in the improvement and innovation of the internal governance structure and governance system of university. As stated above, based on the analysis o~ the limitation of running mode of graduate ad- missions enrollment organization that emphasized management, this paper will elaborate the strong appeal of the innovation of running mode of graduate admissions enrollment organization to look forward to paying attention to governance that means the new state of run- ning mode of graduate admissions enrollment organization, which could transform traditional type based on transaction management into academic service pattern for the work of graduate admissions enrollment to maximize the efficiency and optimize the quality of graduate education.
