摘要
根据建筑设计进度管理的目标管理和专业多样性,通过搜集50个设计案例的图纸设计内容和各专业实际完成时间分析,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和工程案例分析的方法,得到各专业设计完成时间权重比,建立了适用于一般建筑设计项目的进度管理模式。
