摘要
随着中国经济发展的需要,中国的煤矿工程迅速兴起,虽然开采技术在不断进步但煤矿工程中的安全事故仍不断发生,加强煤矿工程安全管理已迫在眉睫。分析了"一通三防"安全管理中存在的问题,提出了"一通三防"安全管理中规避风险的措施。
With the development of China＇s economy, coal mine engineering grows rapidly in China. Mining technology is impro- ving while safety accidents frequently occur. As a result, strengthening the safety management in coal mine engineering is imminent. This paper analyzed the problems existed in ventilation and preventions of gas explosion, coal dust explosion and fire accidents, and proposed the measures for risk avoidance in the safety management of ventilation and preventions of gas explosion, coal dust explosion and fire accidents.
