摘要
我国城市化进程和经济发展成就举世瞩目,而消防建设并不协调。目前消防站布局仍以人为经验为主,难见合理性和科学性,急需一种兼具合理性和科学性城市消防站布局策略。本文使用地理信息系统优化分析方法,以火灾问题和防护目标为导向,优先进行现状火灾风险分析和火灾防护等级分析;并在此基础上,通过消防基本单元划分、消防路网模型构建和消防站GIS优化选址三步,实现消防站的整体布局优化。
China has made remarkable achievements in the process of urbanization and economy development, while the construction of firefighting is not coordinated. At present, the arrangement of fire station is still dominated by experience, which is hard to evaluate its rationality and scientificity. Therefore a reasonable and scientific strategy for the arrangement of fire station is needed. Being fire-free-oriented, this paper uses the geographic information system (GIS) to analyze the fire risks and fire protection classification of Shuyang. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes a three-step fire station layout optimization method by dividing basic unit of firefighting, constructing a model on road network, and using GIS to optimize fire station locations.
