摘要
为了获得更高的金针菇黄酮得率,探讨微波辅助高压法提取金针菇黄酮的最适工艺条件。通过单因素试验和正交试验,对固液比、微波功率、微波处理时间、高压时间及高压温度对黄酮得率的影响进行研究,并以金针菇黄酮得率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。试验结果表明,微波辅助高压法提取金针菇黄酮的最优条件是:固液比为1∶50(g/m L),微波功率为640 W,微波处理时间为5 min,高压温度为115℃,高压时间为40 min。以上述条件从金针菇中提取黄酮,得率可至11.85%。
In order to obtain a higher yield of flavone from Flammulina velutiper,a high pressure microwaveassisted extraction method was developed. The extraction conditions were optimized through the single factor and orthogonal tests. The effects of solid-liquid ratio,microwave power,microwave processing time,high-pressure extraction time and high-pressure extraction temperature on the extr action yield of flavone were investigated.The experimental results showed that the optimal condition was solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 50(g/m L),microwave power of 640 W,microwave processing time of 5 min,high-pressure extraction temperature of 115 ℃ and high-pressure extraction time of 40 min. Under these conditions,the extraction yield of flavone from Flammulina velutipe was 11.85 %.
