摘要
目的观察他汀类与抗血小板聚集药物联用治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化症的临床效果。方法以70例下肢动脉粥样硬化症患者作为研究对象(2014年6月~2016年5月),随机分成两组,对照组35例,单纯给予抗血小板聚集药物治疗,观察组35例,实施他汀类与抗血小板聚集药物联用的治疗方案。比较两组的静息踝肱指数、股动脉内-中膜厚度及血液流变学指标和治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者的静息踝肱指数、股动脉内-中膜厚度无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者均有所改善,观察组的静息踝肱指数为(0.95±0.04)、股动脉内-中膜厚度为(0.74±0.11)mm,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容及血黏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),采取不同的治疗方案后,观察组的上述指标均较对照组更具优势(P<0.05);对照组的治疗总有效率为68.57%,显著低于观察组(97.14%)(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物联合抗血小板聚集药物治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化症效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of statins and antiplatelet aggregation drugs on the treatment of atherosclerosis of lower extremities. Methods A total of 70 patients with atherosclerosis of lower extremi- ties from June 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups including control group(n=35) and observation group (n=35). The control group was given antiplatelet aggregation drugs alone, and the observation group was treated with statins combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs. The resting ankle brachial index, femoral artery intima-media thickness and hemorheology were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in resting ankle brachial index and femoral artery intima-media thickness between the two groups before treatment(P〉 0.05). After treatment, the patients in both groups were improved and the resting ankle brachial index(0.95±0.04), femoral artery intima-media thickness [(0.74±0.11) mm] in the observation were significantly better than those of the control group, respectively (P〈0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in fibrinogen, hematocrit and blood viscosity between the two groups (P〉0.05). After taking different treatment options, the observation group had more ad- vantages than the control group in these indicators(P〈0.05). And the total effective rate was 68.57% in the control group, significantly lower than that in the observation group(97.14%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion Statins combined with anti-platelet aggregation drugs have significant effects on atherosclerosis of lower extremities.
