摘要
目的:探讨阶段性电话随访对急性胰腺炎出院病人饮食自我管理的影响。方法:160例急性胰腺炎治愈出院病人随机分为观察组及对照组,各80例。对照组予常规书面出院饮食指导,于出院1、3、6个月常规电话随访。实验组在此基础上分阶段电话随访指导饮食自我管理。半年后评定两组病人饮食自我管理、胰腺炎复发率、护理满意度。结果:两组饮食自我管理比较第1个月无差异,而第3、6个月存在显著性差异;随访6个月后,观察组与对照组相比急性胰腺炎复发率明显下降;护理满意度明显升高。结论:阶段性电话随访可提高急性胰腺炎出院病人饮食自我管理的依从性,降低急性胰腺炎复发率,提高病人对护理的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of periodic telephone follow-up to dietary self -management of acute pancreatitis patients discharged from hospital.Methods: 160 cases of acute pancreatitis discharged were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 80) and the control group (n = 80). To evaluate the dietary self-management, recurrence rate of pancreatitis, nursing satisfaction between the two groups within six months.Results:Dietary self-management in experimental group was no statistically difference compared with control group after 1 month, but was significant statistically difference between two groups after3 months and 6 months. Compared with control group after six months, the recurrence rate of pancreatitis was significantly decreased and the nursing satisfaction was obviously advanced in experimental group.Conclusion:Periodic telephone follow-up may improve the dietary self-management of patients discharged from hospital, reduce the recurrence rate of pancreatitis,and elevate the nursing satisfaction of patients
