摘要
目的:探讨对外伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者采用切开复位内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:对收治的50例外伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者进行观察,根据不同手术方式将患者分为试验组、对照组各25例。试验组采用切开复位内固定术治疗,对照组采用保守治疗,观察两组患者住院时间、视觉模拟法评分(VAS)、止痛药使用次数、并发症发生率、总有效率。结果:试验组住院时间、VAS评分、术中出血量、止痛药使用次数、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位内固定对外伤性多发性肋骨骨折患者可以缩短患者的住院时间,固定效果好,降低了术后并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation for Traumatic multiple rib fractures.Methods：50 eases of traumatic multiple ribs on the Feb 2014 -Feb 2015 were observed, according to different surgical methods were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 25 eases in each groups, the experimental group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation, the control group received conservative treatment, recors the hospitalization time, the visual analogue score （VAS）, analgesic use frequency, complication rate, total efficiency of the two groups.Results：The hospitalization time, VA The S score, the amount of bleeding, pain frequency, complication rate in the experimental group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：For the Traumatic multiple rib fractures patients, The open reduetion and internal fixation has good fixing effect, reduce the postoperative complications,it＇ s worthy of promotion.
