摘要
我国刑事诉讼法虽然赋予了检察机关刑事立案监督的权力,但在实践中,往往存在监督信息有限,监督线索来源少,监督滞后等诸多问题,影响了监督的实际效果。基于此,文章将该问题置于大数据的背景下进行深入剖析,力图在司法实践层面提出刑事立案监督的改善对策,以期推动刑事立案监督工作机制的完善。
China＇ s criminal procedure law gives the procuratorial organs the power to supervise cnmlnal cases, out in practice, there are many problems such as limited supervision information, fewer sources of supervision clues, and lagging supervision, which have affected the actual effect of supervision. Therefore, the authors make an in - depth discussion in the background of large data, try to put forward the improvement measures of criminal case su- pervision on the judicial practice level, and hope to promote the improvement of the working mechanism of criminal case supervision.
