摘要
检察官办案责任制改革是本轮检察制度改革的重心,旨在遵循检察权运行规律,突出检察官办案主体地位。同时也应客观审视检察官助理这一群体在检察制度中的特定价值并作出合理安排,赋予检察官助理在办案中的适当独立性。进一步强化检察官和检察官助理的办案亲历者角色以更好地促进此项改革。
The reform of responsibility system of prosecutor handling cases is the focus of the current prosecution system reform, designed to follow the rules of procuratorial power and highlight the main status of prosecutors han- dling cases. Meanwhile, we should also examine prosecutor assistants objectively on their specific value in procura- torial system and make reasonable arrangements, offering them appropriate independence in handling cases. To further strenzthen the role of investigators of prosecutors and prosecutor assistants can better promote this reform.
