摘要
目的分析孕期营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病的影响效果。方法选取本院2015年9月至2016年9月收治的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,在本院伦理委员会批准及患者签署知情同意书后采用简单随机抽样法分为两组,各45例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受孕期营养治疗,比较两组影响效果。结果观察组并发症发生率为11.1%,对照组并发症发生率为26.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组血糖、血脂、生活质量等比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论孕期营养治疗可显著改善妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、血脂,提高其生活质量,可作为临床治疗的优选方案推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional therapy during pregnancy on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects. After the approval of the ethics committee and the patients' informed consent, the patients were divided into two groups according to the simple random sampling method, 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received nutritional treatment during pregnancy. Compared the effect of the two groups. Results The incidence of complications was 11.1% in the observation group and 26.7% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). There were statistically significant differences in blood glucose, blood lipid, and the quality of life between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nutritional therapy during pregnancy can significantly improve blood glucose, blood lipid, and the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, which can be used as a preferred scheme for clinical treatment.
