摘要
介绍了一种用于液晶微流动研究的双通道波形发生器的设计。本设计是基于STC89C52RC单片机的信号发生器,外围电路采用基于DAC0832的数字/模拟转换电路、电源电路、电流电压转换电路、放大电路、晶振电路以及按键和液晶显示模块的双通道波形发生器。通过控制按键,可以控制输出不同波型、频率、幅值以及方波所特有的占空比,并且可以控制两个通道的输出时间、顺序等,同时,液晶显示器可显示所有内容。该发生器不仅功能强大,而且可以实现人机交互,操作简便,实用性强,可以运用于各种场合。
This paper introduces the design of a double-channel waveform generator for liquid crystal micro flow study. The design is based on a signal generator of STC89C52RC single chip, and its peripheral circuit adopts double-channel waveform generator which is composed by DAC0832 digital/analog conversion circuit, power circuit, current-to-voltage conversion circuit, amplifying circuit, crystal oscillator circuit, keyboard and liquid crystal display. Through the buttons, it can control the output of different wave type, frequency, amplitude and the duty cycle of square wave, the output time and sequence of two chan- nels, at the same time, display all content through the liquid crystal display. It has the advantages of powerful function, con- venient operation and strong practicability, and can be used in various occasions.
