摘要
针对国有企业既存生产计划管理模式导致生产效率低下和加班加点现象严重的问题,在调查、统计、分析的基础上,提出推行"单元制产能化"生产计划管理模式是解决这一问题的有效途径。通过在本单位的具体实施证实,"单元制产能化"生产计划管理模式是企业实现降本增效和维稳内部环境,实现"双收益"的有效举措。
Based on the problems of low production efficiency and overtime working caused by the existing production plan- ning management model, the paper puts forward the effective management mode by investigation, statistics and analysis. In the management mode, the production plan is arranged according to working unit and capacity. Practice shows that it is an effective measure of reducing costs, increasing benefits and stabilizing internal environment of enterprise.
