摘要
控制下交付作为打击毒品犯罪的一项主动侦查措施,蕴含着大量风险,侦查中对其风险应对处理不当,侦查机关即面临失败风险。因而,在实施控制下交付中,对其可能出现的风险并分析,不但是提升公安机关执法规范的重要方面,也是最大限度降低公安机关侦查中可能面临的风险,降低可能发生的危险。本文定位于毒品犯罪侦查中的控制下交付风险,对其进行分析研究。
Controlled delivery, as an active investigative measure against drug-related crime, entails significant risks. If the investigating authorities improperly deal with the risk in the investigation, the authorities may undertake the risk of failure. Therefore, in the implementation of the controlled delivery, analyzing the possible risks in the controlled delivery, not only enhances law enforcement norms of public security organs, but also minimizes risks and reduces the possible danger in the detection of public security organs. This paper focuses on the risk of controlled delivery in the investigation of drug crime and analyses the risk of controlled delivery.
