摘要
钢轨伸缩调节器是高速铁路重要的轨道部件之一,可协调长大桥梁因梁体温差引起的梁端伸缩位移和长钢轨的伸缩位移,使桥上无缝线路在运营过程中释放钢轨温度力,从而减小轨道及桥梁所承受的无缝线路纵向力。本文以西宝客运专线咸阳渭河特大桥钢轨伸缩调节器为研究对象,通过轨道状态监测并结合养护维修情况分析其运营状态。将运营期间存在的病害情况进行了系统的归纳,分析了病害原因,总结了现阶段采取的整治措施,并针对该桥上钢轨伸缩调节器养护维修给出了建议。
Rail expansion regulator which is one of the important track components for high speed railway can coordinate the expansion displacement of beam-end and long rail caused by beamtemperature difference oflong bridge and make jointless track on the bridge release rail temperature force during operation process in order to decrease the longitudinal force of jointless track that rail and bridge can bear.Taking the rail expansion regulator of Xianyang Weihe super bridge in Xi'an-Baoji passenger dedicated railway as the research object,the operation condition was analyzed through monitoring the track condition and combing with the maintenance situation.The disease situation during operation was systematically summarized,the causes of disease were analyzed,the renovation measures adopted at the present stage were summarized and the corresponding requirements were presented according to the maintenance and repair of rail expansion regulator on the bridge.
