介绍了国际标准ISO 19030《船体和螺旋桨性能的测量》制定的背景、主要内容以及该标准如何为客户提供更广泛的服务,如帮助船舶运营商和船东改进经营方式,通过选择先进的防污涂料改善船体性能及改善环境、降低CO_2排放等;并结合实际案例分析该标准如何使整个行业的营运效率和环保成效得到真正的提高。
This paper introduces the background and main contents of the International Standard 1SO 19030 Measurement of Properties of Ships and Propellers and how the standard provides wider services for customers, for example, helping the ship operators and ship-owners to improve their management and adopting advanced pollution-proof coatings to optimize the ship properties and environment and decrease the emission of CO2 and so on. Moreover, it combines actual cases to analyze how the standard improves the management and environmental protection efficiency in the whole industry.
