摘要
目的 观察显微镜下巩膜扣带术治疗＂无裂孔＂视网膜脱离的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析18例（18眼）＂无裂孔＂视网膜脱离,采用手术显微镜下巩膜扣带术,术中均发现锯齿缘裂孔,其中12眼行巩膜扣带联合巩膜环扎术,6眼行单纯巩膜扣带术;术中行巩膜外放液,手术结束时14只眼因眼压过低行空气填充.结果 术后随访6个月,17眼一次手术成功,视网膜脱离完全复位,一次成功率94.4% （17/18）,1只眼再行玻璃体切除术后视网膜脱离完全复位.所有患者术中及术后均未发生重手术并发症.结论 手术显微镜下行巩膜扣带术治疗＂无裂孔＂视网膜脱离简便安全有效.
Objective To observe the efficacy of scleral buckling surgery under microscope for the treatment of ＂no-tear＂ retinal detachment.Methods It was a retrospective study.Eighteen eyes of 18 patients with ＂no-tear＂ retinal detachment were treated with scleral buckling surgery under the microscope.The tear in serrated edge was found during the operation.Twelve cases underwent scleral buckling combined with scleral encircling and 6 cases received scleral buckling only.All cases received scleral tapping.At the end of the surgery 14 eyes with intraocular hypotension underwent intravitreal tamponade of gas.Results Postoperative follow-up for 6 months, 17 eyes were cured upon the operation with completely retinal reattachment（94.4%）, 1 eye was successful with retinal reattachment after a second vitrectomy operation.No intraoperatively or postoperatively serious complication occurred.Conclusion Scleral buckling surgery under microscope in the treatment of ＂no-tear＂ retinal detachment is simple, safe and effective.
