PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折63例疗效分析

摘要 目的对股骨转子间骨折患者应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗的临床效果展开观察与分析。方法选取我院收治的63例股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,随其展开PFNA内固定治疗,并对临床疗效进行观察与统计。结果本组患者平均手术时间为(76.4±9.5)min,平均术中出血量为(175.3±77.2)m L。术后经髋关节功能评分(Harris),患者治疗优良率为85.7%。经过为期9~36个月的随访,患者平均骨性愈合时间为(16.2±0.6)周,未出现内固定切出或髋内翻等并发症。结论通过对股骨转子间骨折患者进行PFNA内固定治疗,可有效提高其近期疗效,减少并发症发生,实现患者生存质量的提高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective Application of proximal femur in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture rotation prevention intramedullary nail(PFNA) treatment the clinical effect of observation and analysis. Method 63 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were selected as the study subjects, and their clinical treatment was performed with PFNA. The clinical curative effect was observed and statistically analyzed. Results All patients with average operation time was(76.4±9.5)min, the average intraoperative blood loss was(175.3±77.2 m L. After the hip joint function score(Harris), patients was 85.7%. After 9 to 36 months of follow-up, in patients with average osseous healing time was(16.2±0.6) weeks, cut out or does not appear internal. Conclusion Through the femoral intertrochanteric patients PFNA internal fixation treatment, can effectively improve its recent curative effect, reduce complications and achieve the improvement of survival quality, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
