摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对早期诊断外伤性结肠破裂的价值。方法纳入60例疑似外伤性结肠破裂患者作为研究对象,术前对所有患者行MSCT检查,术后将MSCT诊断结果与手术病理结果比较,评价MSCT在外伤性结肠破裂早期诊断中的应用价值。结果 MSCT诊断外伤性结肠破裂发生部位和严重程度的准确性分别为96.67%(58/60)和93.33%(56/60),MSCT与病理结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。外伤性结肠破裂MSCT征象可见腹腔游离气体、腹腔积液、结肠壁增厚水肿及肠系膜损伤等。结论 MSCT用于外伤性结肠破裂诊断有典型征象,对结肠破裂部位和严重程度的早期诊断准确较高。
Objective To study the application value of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） in early diagnosis of traumatic rupture of colon.Methods 60 patients with suspected traumatic rupture of colon were recruited as study subjects. All patients were examined by MSCT before operation, the results of MSCT were compared with pathological results after operation. Results The accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of the location and severity of traumatic colon rupture respectively were 96.67% and 93.33%, there was no significant difference between CT and pathological findings（P〉 0.05）. The MSCT signs of traumatic rupture of colon were free intraperitoneal gas,peritoneal effusion, colonic wall thickening and edema and mesenteric injury. Conclusion That the MSCT is useful for the diagnosis of traumatic colon rupture and has good accuracy in determining site and severity.
