摘要
某矿山金矿选矿厂采用石灰或片碱(液碱)中和法处理赤水库区含铜酸性废水,由于中和渣在井子里库区(含上游的两道拦渣坝)和新屋下库区大量沉积,使得库容减小,新屋下库区溢洪坝不能溢流,否则水质将严重超标。因此对原废水处理工艺进行改进,采用新增江山岽库区作为中和渣堆场,赤水库区上游废水回抽经加石灰预处理后进入江山岽大坝后自流至赤水库区下游,赤水库区水质得到了明显的改善,并对改进后的流程进行了运行成本核算。
A neutralization method with lime or flake caustic soda (liquid caustic soda) is used to treat copper- containing acid wastewater within Chishui reservoir area in a gold mine concentrator. Due to a large amount of neutralizing residues deposile at Jingzili reservoir area (including two residue dams at upstream )and Xinwuxia reservoir area, thus reducing a capacity of the reservoir, with a flood dam at Xinwuxia reservoir area being unable to overflow, otherwise water quality will deteriorate seriously. Therefor, modification is made to the existing wastewater treatment process by using new-added Jiangshandong reservoir area as neutralization residue pond. Wastewater at the upstream of Chishui reservoir area will be pumped back to be preprocessed by adding lime, then enters Jiangshandong reservoir area before flowing into downstream of the Chishui reservoir area. As a result, water quality of Chishui reservoir area is improved significantly, and accounting of operation cost for the modified process flow is performed.
