L1_0相Fe/Co基磁性纳米粒子的研究进展

摘要 面心四方(fct)结构的L1_0相Fe/Co基磁性纳米粒子具有高的磁晶各向异性、极小的超顺磁临界尺寸、优异的化学稳定性,在生物医药、数据存储、磁流体、催化、永磁体等方面具有广泛的应用价值,成为当前纳米科技研究的热点。针对近年来L1_0相Fe/Co基磁性纳米粒子的化学制备方法进行了概述分析,并介绍了化学无序的面心立方(fcc)结构Fe/Co基纳米粒子在有序化退火方面的研究进展。对目前研究中存在的问题进行了探讨,并就其今后的发展方向进行了展望。 The L1_0 Fe/Co-based magnetic nanoparticle with face-centered tetragonal(fct) structure possesses high magnetocrystalline anisotropy,tiny super-paramagnetic critical size and excellent chemical stability,which make it a potential material for a variety of applications,such as biomedicine,high density magnetic recording media,magnetic fluids,catalyst and permanent magnets,and have become the research hotspot of nanoscience and nanotechnology.In this paper,a review is presented for chemical preparation method of the L1_0-Fe/Co-based magnetic nanoparticles in recent years.In addition,the research progress in the ordered annealing for the Fe/Co-based nanoparticles with chemically disordered face-centered cubic(fcc) structure are briefly summarized.The problems existing in the current research are pointed out,and the future development direction is also prospected.
