以煤矸石副产水玻璃制备水化硅酸钙工艺研究

Technology Research on Preparation of Hydrated Calcium Silicate Superfine Powder from By-Product Sodium Silicate of Coal Gangue

摘要 以固体废弃物煤矸石所副产的水玻璃为原料制备水化硅酸钙,获得常压下合成的最优工艺条件为反应温度65℃、反应时间2 h、39.20 g水玻璃加水量50 mL、原料钙硅比为1.3、转速600r/min,在此条件下二氧化硅平均收率为98%,产物中平均钙硅比为1.01.采用XRD、BET、SEM等测试手段对合成产物进行性能测试表明,所制得的水化硅酸钙为无定形物相、呈多孔蜂窝状结构,且非常疏松易碎,平均粒径为5.80μm,白度为95.2%,比表面积59.110 m^2/g.这种结晶不良的凝胶状水化硅酸钙具有较大的比表面积,可作为一种性能优良的新型填料,而广泛应用于水泥、塑料和造纸等多种行业.本研究对拓宽煤矸石应用领域、提高煤矸石附加值有积极的指导意义. Hydrated calcium silicate superfine powder is synthesized from by-product sodium silicate of coal gangue in this paper. The optimal technical conditions of the preparation are 65℃ for reaction temperature,2 h for reaction time,the adding amount of water being 50 mL to 39. 20 g sodium silicate,the ratio of Ca/Si in reactant being 1. 3,the speed of agitator 600 r/min. Under the optimum conditions,the average yield of SiO2 is 98%and the ratio of Ca/Si in product is 1. 01. The microstructures of the powders are characterized and analyzed by means of XRD,BET and SEM. The results show that the main phase of the powders is amorphous,the structure microporous honeycomb,the average size 5. 8 μm,the whiteness 95. 2%,the specific surface area 59. 110 m^2/g. This calcium silicate hydrate gel can contain very little( even zero) crystallization,which leads to a large ratio surface. As a novel industrialization filling compound with excellent performance,it can be widely used in cement,plastic,paper and other industries. It is meaningful to expand applications and improve the additional value of coal gangue.
