摘要
在滴灌模式下,研究青枯病对15个玉米品种(系)产量的影响。结果表明:玉米青枯病发病与品种(系)的抗性关系密切,感病品种(系)发病率达到65%,并与空秆率呈显著正相关,与株数和穗数无关,与产量呈极显著负相关关系。回归方程显示,青枯病每增加10%,产量降低0.337 8 kg,说明玉米青枯病对不同玉米品种(系)产量有较大影响。
The present study investigated the relationship between the incidence of bacterial wilt on corn and its yield under a drip irrigation mode by using 15 maize varieties(lines). The results showed that the incidence of bacterial wilt on corn was closely correlated with the level of disease resistance in tested varieties, Considerable differences in the level of disease resistance were observed among the 15 tested maize varieties, of which the variety with the highest resistance and that with lowest resistance showed the incidence of bacterial wilt of 0.00% and 65%, respectively. In addition, the disease incidence was significantly positively correlated with the percentage of empty maize stalk, but not correlated with plant number and panicle number. Furthermore, a very significant negative correlation was noted between the disease incidence and yield; according to the regression equation, every 10% increase in the incidence of bacterial wilt resulted in a reduction in maize yield by 0.3378 kg/667m^2. The obtained results indicate that the incidence of bacterial wilt on corn has a significant impact on the yield of different maize varieties(lines).
