摘要
近年来,随着各院校MOOC教学平台的建设,混合式教学的深入推进,以及办学方式多样化的开展,教务管理工作难度和复杂性增加。为改善教务系统的数据利用效率,简化教学管理流程,本研究提出采用BPM优化教务管理信息系统中的业务流程。新的流程使信息传递和数据同步,消除组织壁垒、各职能部门信息沟通不畅、效率低下的现状。并且定义了跨职能业务活动,用业务流程管理来明确教务管理信息系统中各角色的职责,从而优化各职能部门之间的信息交互,提高教务管理效率。
In recent years, with the construction of institutions MOOC teaching platform,the development of hybrid teaching,as well as school-running mode diversification,the difficulty and complexity of educational administration work has increasesed.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of data of educational administration system,simplifying the teaching management process,this research puts forward.a method of business processes management to manage the daily workflow of the education management.The new process makes message and data synchronizing,eliminats organizational barriers and poor communication within functional departments as well as the status quo of inefficiency.The paper defines a cross-functional business activities,and uses business process management to clarify Educational Management Information System responsibilities for each role,in order to optimize the information exchange between the various functional departments,improve the efficiency of educational administration.
