高固含量PVAc乳液即粘和初粘强度的影响因素 被引量:2

Influence factors of instant bonding strength and initial bonding strength of polyvinyl acetate emulsion with high solid content

摘要 以PVA(聚乙烯醇)为保护胶体、SLS(十二烷基硫酸钠)/OP-10(聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10)为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂、VAc(醋酸乙烯酯)为基体、ANPEO10[1-烯丙氧基-3-(4-壬基苯酚)-2-丙醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚]为自乳化反应性乳化剂、Veova-10(叔碳酸乙烯酯)和MAA(甲基丙烯酸)为功能单体,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备出高固含PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)乳液,并探讨了乳化剂、单体类型及用量对乳液即粘和初粘强度的影响。研究结果表明:SLS/OP-10复合乳化剂可降低乳液的表面张力、优化水化层/自由水的比例,从而能改善乳液对基材的浸润性,提高其即粘和初粘强度;Veova-10以其较大的空间位阻和较多的柔性基团,可有效提高乳胶膜的疏水性能,加快乳液的固化速率,提高乳液的即粘和初粘强度。ANPEO10能改善乳胶粒的结构规整性,进而能改善乳液的状态,而MAA可改善乳液的冻融稳定性,但两者对乳液的即粘和初粘强度无积极影响。 With PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) as protective colloid, SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate)/OP- 10 (polyoxy- ethylene octyl phenol ether-10) as anionic/non-ionic composite emulsifier, vinyl acetate (VAt) as substrate, AN PEO10[ 1 - allyloxy- 3- ( 4- nonylphenol ) - 2- propanol polyoxyethylene ( 10 ) ether] as self- emulsification reactive emulsifier, Veova- 10 (vinyl versatate) and MAA (methacrylic acid) as functional monomers, so the polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) emulsion with high solid content was prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. And the influences of emulsifiers, monomers types and contents on instant bonding strength and initial bonding strength of emulsion were discussed. The research results showed that the SLS/OP- 10 composite emulsifier could reduce the surface tension and optimize the ratio of hydration shell/free water, so that could enhance the instant bonding strength and initial bonding strength by improving wetting between emulsion and substrate. Veova-10 could accelerate the curing speed and enhance the instant bonding strength and initial bonding strength of emulsion because it' s hydrophobic property was effectively increased which was caused by larger steric hindrance and more sofl-alkanes. ANPEO10 could improve the structural regularity of emulsion particles, and then could improve the appearance of emulsion, and MMA could improve the freeze-thaw stability of emulsion, but they had not the positive influences on the instant bonding strength and initial bonding strength of emulsion.
