摘要
通过对杭州航区航道、锚地、码头、船闸等通航环境的调研,分析杭州航区近5年内船舶交通事故的历史数据,并对现有分布规律及其影响航道运输的因素进行归纳,建立杭州航区重点事故及堵航段船舶碰撞、搁浅、火灾概率计算模型,利用风险分析和网格化定量风险评估方法,对船舶通航区域的通航风险进行量化评估,旨在探索一个适于杭州航区的安全运输与管理模式。
