膨胀土路基填料的路用性能评价分析

摘要 膨胀土为特殊土,作为路基填料时,承载力和压实度难以满足规范要求,需要在应用前对其路用性能进行测试.对膨胀土填料进行变形及强度试验来评价强、中、弱膨胀土的路用性能.分析结果表明:变形特征方面,强、中膨胀土的无荷膨胀量与初始含水率之间呈现良好的线性关系;初始含水率越小,膨胀力也越大,随着初始含水率的增大,膨胀力逐渐减小;膨胀率随着含水率的增大而减小且随着上覆压力的增大也随之减小.强度特征方面,湿法击实CBR试验的CBR值均大于3%,且其最佳含水率较接近天然含水率,最大干密度相对较大.研究结果为膨胀土路基填筑的性能评价新方法的提出提供理论基础. Deformation and strength tests of expansive soil filler are utilized to evaluate the road performance of strong, medium and weak expansive soil. Analysis results show that in the aspect of deformation characteristics, there is a good linear relationship between the swelling capacity and the initial moisture content of the strong and medium expansive soils; the smaller the initial moisture content is, the larger the swelling force is, and with the increase of initial moisture content, the swelling force decreases gradually ; the expan-sion rate is decreased with the increase of moisture content and overburden pressure is decreased with the increase of moisture content. In terms of strength characteristics, CBR value of wet compaction CBR test was above 3% , and its best moisture content is close to nat-ural moisture content, and the maximum dry density is relatively large. The research results provide theoretical basis for the new meth-od of performance evaluation of expansive soil subgrade filling.
