摘要
本文针对兵团目前存在的既有居住建筑节能改造中资金筹措困难的问题,调查兵团既有居住建筑现状,分析兵团既有居住建筑存在的融资障碍,并对融资障碍的提出对策建议,从而为兵团既有居住建筑节能改造的顺利推行奠定基础。
In the paper, the present situation of existing residential buildings in the corps is investigated, financing obstacles in existing residential buildings of the corps are analyzed, and countermeasure suggestions are proposed for financing obstacles aiming at exist- ing problems of corps, namely difficult financing in energy conservation transformation of existing residential buildings, thereby laying foundation for implementing energy conservation transformation of existing residential buildings in the corps smoothly.
