摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式是当前人才培养的发展方向。建立符合现代学徒制教学的课程体系是实施现代学徒制教育教学模式的基础和支撑点。阐述现代学徒制模式下课程体系的组成,探索与构建高职现代学徒制课程教学体系,开展现代学徒制,需要找到适合我国的发展模式,建设有地方特色的现代学徒制人才培养模式。
The application of modern apprenticeship mode is the development direction of the current professional training.The establishment of curriculum system conforming to the modern apprenticeship system is the basis and support for the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system. The composition of curriculum system under the modern apprenticeship,construction and exploration of modern apprenticeship teaching system in higher vocational education,are discussed in this paper.to carry out modern apprenticeship,it is necessary to find a suitable pattern and establish the training mode with local characteristics.
