摘要
考察了炼钢工业的用水系统,针对转炉烟气湿法除尘工艺中,浊环水硬度高、易结垢的特点,采用炼钢软化水冷却系统的排污水作为补充水,应用到除尘浊环水系统中,利用软化水排污水含有的碱度来处理除尘废水,去除硬度防止结垢,取得了良好的效果,优化利用了水资源。
The water-consuming system of steel-making industry was investigated, and the results indicat-ed that, for turbid circulating water was characterized by high hardness and easy scaling, the sewage from soft-ened water circulation cooling system could be used in the dedusting turbid circulating water system as the make-up water. Using the alkalinity-containing sewage from the softened water system to treat dedusting wastew-ater could obtain good hardness-removing and scale-inhibiting efficiency, which realized optimal utilization of water resource.
