摘要
研究了一种新的X射线衍射定量相分析方法,利用这种方法解决了铝电解质中阳极残渣(碳)浓度的测定困难问题。该方法分析数据准确度高、速度快,可以实现铝电解质中阳极残渣浓度的在线监控,降低了铝电解生产的成本。这种分析阳极残渣方法可以与全铝电解质分析技术共同组成一个软件包,在测试铝电解质中阳极残渣的同时,在3 min内还可以完成铝电解质中分子比、氧化铝、初晶温度、氟化锂、氟化钙、氟化镁、氟化钾、游离氟化钠、游离氟化钙以及亚冰晶石浓度的测定。
A new method of X-ray diffraction quantitative phase analysis was researched. The difficult of measurement of carbon concentration of anode slag in alumimun electrolyte were solved by this method. That method realized the control on line of anode slag in aluminum eletrolyte. So that the product cost was decreased. The method of analysis concentration of anode slag could make up one software bag with analysis technique of aluminum electrolyte. Measuring concentration of anode slag simultaneously measuring molecular ratio,oxide aluminum,crystallizing point,lithium fluoride,calcium fluoride,magnesium fluoride,potassium fluoride,free sodium fluoride,free calcium fluoride and chiolite in aluminum electrolyte in three minutes.
