摘要
针对火力发电厂大质量原煤样的管理现状,探讨了当前入厂及入炉原煤样转运作业模式存在的问题。在运输线、样品线、燃料线、业务流的业务研究模型基础上,系统地阐述了样品线管理中采样到制样环节基于气动传输的原煤样转运系统的设计思路、系统的硬件构成及转运方式,并结合实际应用案例分析了原煤样转运系统的相关应用优点及在实际运行应用中遇到的相关问题。
Regarding to the management status of large amount of raw coal sample in thermal power plant,the existing transportation mode of coal as received and coal as fired currently was discussed.On the basis of business researching model of transportation line,sample line,fuel line and business flow,in the sampling and sample preparation stage of sample line management,the design thought,system hardware composition and transportation method of raw coal transportation system based on pneumatic transmission were demonstrated systematically,and combining with the practical example,the relative application advantages of raw coal sample transportation system were analyzed,as well as the problems met in practical operation.
