摘要
本文研究了相同电子能量、不同剂量率的辐照对氟橡胶(Fluorine Rubber,FPM)电阻率特性和力学性能的影响。电子能量是2MeV,剂量率分别是1.5×10~5rad(Si)/h,1.5×10~6rad(Si)/h,1.5×10~7rad(Si)/h。结果表明:FPM的电阻率呈下降趋势,并且辐照剂量越大电阻率下降得越快;FPM的拉伸强度先变大,而后随着辐照剂量的增加拉伸强度又持续变小;FPM的断裂伸长率随着辐照剂量的增加而降低,与辐照剂量率没有关系。该研究获得的试验数据,对航天器设计过程中材料的选择和使用都具有实际的指导意义。
Resistivity characteristic and mechanical property of the fluorine rubber was studied under the same energy and different dose rate of electron irradiation. Electron energy was 2MeV, and electron dose rate was 1.5×10^5rad(Si)/h,1.5×10^6rad(Si)/h,1.5×10^7rad(Si)/h respectively. With electron dose rate increasing, the resistivity of the fluorine rubber was decreased continuously. Tensile strength of the fluorine rubber increased at first, then decreased continuously, with inceasing electron irradiation dose. At the same time, the tensile strain at break of the fluorine rubber decreased, and had no relationship with the irradiation dose rate. Experiment results are significant in guiding the design of spacecraft and the application of materials.
