摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术行丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉对围术期血清皮质醇含量的影响。方法选择2015年12月~2016年12月本院收治的胃癌且行胃癌根治术患者160例,随机将其分为两组,即对照组(80例)和观察组(80例)。对照组给予依托咪酯麻醉,观察组给予丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉,比较两组效果。结果麻醉前10 min以及麻醉后2 d两组患者血清皮质醇含量均处于正常水平,对照组患者麻醉后血清皮质醇含量先下降后上升,观察组患者则为先上升后下降,两组患者在麻醉后1 h及麻醉后1 d测定的血清皮质醇含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉后观察组患者血压、心率以及血氧饱和度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌根治术采用丙泊酚与七氟醚复合麻醉可使患者围术期血清皮质醇含量显著升高,且患者生命体征更加平稳,可作为胃癌根治术首选麻醉药物。
Objective To investigate the effect of Propofol combined with Sevoflurane on serum cortisol in perioperative period.Methods 160 patients with gastric cancer and radical gastrectomy in our hospital from December 2015 to December were selected,randomly divided into two groups,the control group（80 cases） and the observation group（80 cases）, The control group were given etomidate anesthesia,the observation group were given Propofol and Sevoflurane compound anesthesia,the effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before and after anesthesia,the level of serum cortisol in the two groups were normal,and the serum cortisol levels in the control group was increased first and then decreased,while the observation group was increase first and then decreased.The serum cortisol levels at 1h and 1 d after anesthesia in the observation groups were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Radical surgery with Propofol and Sevoflurane combined anesthesia can make patients with perioperative serum cortisol content is significantly increased,and vital signs of patients is more stable,it can be used as radical cancer radical surgery preferred narcotic drugs.
