摘要
文章基于泰尔熵标准提出以GDP为权重反映碳生产率差异的方法,从我国三大区域视角研究碳生产率差异的演变规律,通过调整碳生产率测算公式,构建经济贡献度和碳排放贡献度指标,从省际视角寻找区域内部造成碳生产率差异化的主导因素,分析碳生产率的增长源泉。结果表明,2000—2014年区域内差异是我国碳生产率总差异的主要来源,缺少经济发展龙头以及山西省碳排放量超标是造成东部和中部碳生产率差异过大的主要原因,西部各省经济发展速度相对缓慢、山西省减排效果明显是造成中部反超西部,跃居为第二大碳生产率地区的重要因素。
This paper proposes a method to reflect the difference of carbon productivity based on GDP entropy, and studies the evolution of carbon productivity difference from China' s three regions. By adjusting the carbon productivity formula, the paper establishes the economy contribution degree and the contribution index of carbon emission. From the inter-provincial perspective, the paper finds out the leading factors that cause the difference of carbon productivity in the region, and analyzes the source of carbon productivity growth. The results show that the annual regional difference is the main source of the total difference of carbon productivity in China from 2000 to 2014. Lack of economic development leader and Shanxi province' s exceeding the carbon emission limit mainly cause the big differences of carbon productivity in the eastern and central region. The economic development in the western region is relatively slow, and the effect of reducing emissions in Shanxi province is obviously an important factor that causes the central region to overtake the western region and becomes the second largest carbon productivity region.
