摘要
目的本研究调查医务人员静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)知识及预防措施的现状。方法采用自制"医务人员VTE知识水平与预防实施现状调查表"对某市三级甲等综合医院14个VTE高发临床科室共268名临床医务人员开展问卷调查。结果医务人员VTE知识平均得分为(8.58±3.56)分,得分最高的条目为VTE的概念,最低的条目为PTE是DVT最严重的并发症。不同职业、工作年限、学历、职称的医务人员VTE知识情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医务人员VTE预防措施平均得分为(10.88±6.01)分,得分最高的条目为开展VTE预防的健康宣教;得分最低的条目为口服利伐沙班。VTE知识水平为高水平的医务人员预防措施得分最高,中等水平者次之,低水平者得分最低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医务人员VTE知识和预防措施均处于中等水平,医务人员VTE知识掌握和预防措施实施不全面,有待进一步提高。
Objective To investigate the status of knowledge and preventive measures of venous thromboembolism in medical staff. Methods A questionnaire had been surveyed the status of the knowledge and preventive measures implementation of venous thromboembolism of 268 clinical medical staff in 14 clinical departments who have high incidence of VTE in third-class & first-grade polyclinics. Results The medical staff" had got the average score (8.58±3.56) points in VTE knowledge. The highest score entry was the concept of VTE and the lowest one was that the PTE was the most serious complication of the DVT. The medical staff of different occupation, work experience, education and professional title of the VTE knowledge differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The medical staff had got the average score (10.88±6.01) points in VTE prevention measures. The highest score entry was the health education of VTE prevention and the lowest one was oral medicine of rivaroxaban. The medical staff who had got the highest level in VTE knowledge were the highest score in VTE preventive measures, and the secondary level one were lower than the former and the lowest level one were the lowest score, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The medical staff are in the middle level in VTE knowledge and preventive measures and the medical staff were not learn the VTE knowledge and preventive measures comprehensive, which need to be further improved.
