SUV前端造型对行人下肢损伤影响的定量研究 被引量:4

摘要 为在造型设计阶段充分考虑汽车的行人碰撞安全性能,以提高汽车的开发效率和行人安全性,提取了77款SUV侧视图的轮廓线及其特征参数,构建并验证了SUV前端造型的简化有限元模型,并依据Euro NCAP评价规则进行行人安全性能仿真。以造型特征参数为自变量,损伤参数为因变量,采用多重线性回归分析方法分别对有无扰流板的两类车型筛选出对下肢损伤有显著影响的造型特征参数,并建立回归模型。分析结果表明,有前保险杠扰流板的SUV在造型设计时应增大保险杠中心离地高度、保险杠宽度和扰流板相对于保险杠的前伸量;无扰流板的SUV则应增大保险杠上参考线离地高度、进气格栅曲率半径,减小保险杠下参考线离地高度。建立在量产车型造型特征基础上的汽车前部简化模型通过Euro NCAP试验数据的验证,不仅能表征造型信息,也具备结构属性,对于结构设计前的造型设计具有指导作用。 For fully considering the pedestrian safety performance of vehicle in crash accident in order to enhance the development efficiency and pedestrian safety,the side-view contours of 77 SUVs and their styling feature parameters are abstracted,the simplified FE model for the front-end of SUVs are set up and verified,and a simulation on the pedestrian safety performance of vehicle is conducted based on Euro NCAP evaluation rule. With styling feature and injury parameters as independent and dependent variables respectively,the styling feature parameters of both categories of vehicle with and without bumper spoiler,having apparent effects on the lower limbs injuries of pedestrian are selected by using multiple linear regression analysis with corresponding regression model established. The results of analysis suggest that SUVs with bumper spoiler should choose higher height of bumper center,wider bumper width and larger protrusion of spoiler relative to bumper in styling,while SUVs without spoiler should increase the height of bumper upper reference line and the curve radius of air inlet grille and reduce the height of bumper lower reference line. The simplified model for vehicle front-end,verified by Euro NCAP test data and based on the styling features of mass-produced vehicles,can not only characterize styling information,but also has structural attributes,playing a guiding role in styling before structural design.
