摘要
排烟温度的变化对锅炉效率影响较大,白音华金山发电有限公司600 MW亚临界直接空冷燃褐煤火力发电机组投运后,一直存在排烟温度偏高的问题,对排烟温度偏高的主要原因进行了深入分析,采取了氧量调整优化、制粉系统优化、燃烧调整等措施,并对省煤器进行了技术改造,使排烟温度基本达到了设计值。
The change of exhausted gas temperature has a great influence on boiler efficiency. After the 600 MW direct aircooled lignite-fired subcritical unit of Baiyinhua Jinshan Power Generation Company Limited put into operation,there exist a problem of high exhausted gas temperature. This paper deeply analyzed the main reason of high exhausted gas temperature,and adopted some measures,such as adjusting oxygen volume,optimizing coal pulverizing system and adjusting combustion,etc.Then it conducted a technical transformation of economizer. After the transformation,the exhausted gas temperature reached the design value basically.
