摘要
介绍了火电供热机组的系统构成,供热机组煤耗在线计算及供热机组监测的方法,分析了火电厂供热机组抽汽、换热站、水网系统及供热指标在线监测计算方法。对某电厂工业热负荷超临界机组供电煤耗在线计算的准确性进行验证,并结合某发电集团对供热机组的在线监测数据进行讨论,认为供热机组在线监测能够满足机组发电调度、经济性分析以及供热系统监测要求。
This paper introduced the system composition of thermal power heat supply unit,heater supply unit monitoring method and coal consumption on-line calculation method.On-line monitoring calculating methods of thermal power plant heat supply unit steam extraction,heat exchange station,water pipeline and heat supply system was analyzed.The accuracy of a supercritical unit generating coal consumption on-line calculating system was verified.Combined with on-line monitoring data,provided by a power group,authors determined that heat supply unit on-line monitoring system is able to satisfy the requirement of power generation dispatching,economical analysis and heat supply system monitoring.
