ETS微生物菌肥对养蟹稻田水环境及稻蟹产量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将ETS微生物菌肥应用于养蟹稻田,并用普通农家肥作对照,探索ETS微生物菌肥对稻田水体以及水稻、河蟹产量的影响。试验共设置6个正方形单元格,每个单元格面积100 m2。试验设置对照组和试验组,每组3个平行。试验组施用ETS菌肥,每个单元格用量26 kg,放养幼蟹50只。对照组施用金正大有机肥和缓释肥,每个单元格用量17.3 kg,放养幼蟹50只。分析不同稻田的水质和水稻、河蟹产量。结果显示:试验组稻田水体的pH、总磷含量略低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>005);试验组稻田水体的亚硝酸盐氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮含量显著低于对照组(P<005);试验组水稻产量(1.01±0.06)kg/m2,显著高于对照组(P<005)。试验组河蟹平均规格(121.3±5.7)g/只,单产(40.26±0.31)g/m2,显著优于对照组(P<005)。研究表明,将ETS微生物菌肥用于养蟹稻田,能够降低水体中的氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮等水化学指标,并能够提高水稻和河蟹的产量。 To explore the effects of E T S microbial fertilizer on water quality and yield of rice and crab of rice- cum - crab paddy fields, E T S microbial fertilizer was applied to paddy field and compared with ordinary farmyard manure fertilizers in a test.In the test,6 square cells of 100 square meters each were set up,and control group and experimental group were designed with each including three parallels.Each experimental group was applied with E T S microbial fertilizer at 26 kg and stocked with 50 young crabs; each control group was applied with Jinzhengda organic fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer at 17.3 kg and stocked with 50 young crabs.Samples were taken and analyzed for determining water quality and the yield of rice and crab.The results showed that : the contents of p H and total phosphorus in the water of experimental paddy field were slightly lower than those of the control group,but the difference was not significant (P 〉0. 05) ; the contents of nitrite, ammonia nitrogen and nitrate in the experimental paddy field were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈0. 05).The rice yield of the experiment group was (1.01±0.06) kg / m^2,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).The average size of the crab (121.3±5.7)g and the crab yield (40.26±0.31)g/m^2 of the test group were significantly better than those of the control group (P 〈0. 05).The study shows that E T S microbial fertilizer,when used in paddy field,can reduce the ammonia nitrogen,nitrite, nitrate and other chemical indicators of the water,and improve the yield of rice and crab.
