基于智能接地电流放大装置的配电网单相接地故障研判方法 被引量:1

摘要 小电流接地配电网发生单相接地时故障特征微弱,现有检测方法和选线装置应用效果不理想,故障处理仍以人工试拉选线为主。提出一种基于智能接地电流放大装置的单相接地故障检测原理,研究了检测装置的整体构架和研判系统的处理流程,通过试点工程应用验证了装置的整体性能与故障研判的准确性。实践证明,基于智能接地电流放大装置的故障研判方法能够准确、快速地实现中压配电网单相接地故障的选线与区段定位。 In the case of single-phase-to-earth fault in small current grounding distribution network,the fault feature is weak and the existing detection method and line selection device are not practically ideal. There-fore 袁 handling of line selection fault still relies on manual switch-out. In this paper,the principle of single- phase-to-earth fault diagnosis method based on smart grounding current amplification equipment is proposed. The overall structure of the equipment and processing procedure of the diagnosis system are investigated. Through application in a pilot project,equipment performance and diagnosis precision are verified. The prac-tice shows that the fault diagnosis based on smart grounding current amplification equipment correctly and fast enables line selection and segment location of single-phase-to-earth fault in medium-voltage distribution net-works.
